MICE Assistant

The MICE Assistant is no ordinary chatbot that just explains and answers. It is an AI agent that actually acts and performs tasks directly in MICE Portal: Creating projects, making requests, making changes, triggering processes. No more long click paths. Simply describe what you need and the MICE Assistant will do the rest.

Direct Booking

MeetaX's AI interface connects MICE Portal directly with the hotels' property management systems (PMS). The agent delivers real-time availability instead of multi-day inquiry processes, creates faster offers based on real hotel data and enables direct booking in the hotel's PMS. Without media disruption. Without waiting time.

MICE Pay

From booking to payment, MICE Pay automates the entire billing process. The connection to the ERP system creates purchase orders based on rules, automatically checks incoming invoices and controls approvals including correction loops. The end result is automated payment. What previously had to be done manually step by step is now handled by the intelligent procure-to-pay solution.

Analytics Agent

Analytics evaluates booking and output data in real time and makes it available in AI-supported live dashboards. Cost centers, budgets and compliance requirements are always in view. The system automatically detects deviations and forwards them for review. Standard reports run rule-based according to defined intervals. Individual evaluations can be generated and exported directly from the live data.
